I’ve requested viewings but am not receiving responses. What am I doing wrong?!
It is likely that you are doing everything right! But here are a few things to keep in mind.
- Are you responding fast enough? If not, turn on “push notifications” for your email so you can respond even faster or turn on WhatsApp in your settings.
- Are you including the right information when requesting a viewing? Often, less is more. If you need help with this, let us know.
If you’re doing everything right, it’s probably because agents and other providers are so busy that they can’t respond to all emails. You could try contacting them by phone, but it’s better to focus on responding as quickly as possible.
