Are there homes in my city and within my budget?
RentSlam searches throughout the Netherlands. Start with your city and maximum rent. The matches you receive depend on supply and your search profile.
Which websites do you search?
More than 1,500 rental websites: from major platforms such as Funda and Pararius to local estate agents’ websites. New sources are added continuously.
How soon will I get my first matches?
As soon as your search profile is active. You receive every new matching home within 30 seconds of being listed, in the app and by email.
How do I respond to matches?
Respond automatically on some sources and for others you respond yourself with your personal message.
Does RentSlam work in English?
Yes. The website and app are available in Dutch and English – useful if you’ve just moved to the Netherlands.
Are there any other costs?
RentSlam charges no commission or agency fees when you rent a home. Some rental websites require their own subscription before you can respond to their listings; you can include or exclude these sources in your search profile.
Can I stop after one month?
Yes. Switch off automatic renewal in My RentSlam. Your subscription then ends at the end of your selected term. With a one-month term, you can therefore stop after that month.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
Not satisfied? Email support@rentslam.com within 14 days of starting and you’ll get your money back. For app-store purchases, use the store’s refund process.
